1. General provisions

These Terms & Conditions define the rules for placing orders for custom printing services and textile products at NoReprint, located at ul. Konstruktorska 6, 02-673 Warsaw, Poland. By placing an order via our quote form or email, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering & quotations

  • Custom Quotes: Every project is priced individually based on the surface, technique, ink colors, and quantity.

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

  • Apparel: Minimum 20 pieces per design.

  • Stickers: Minimum 100 pieces per design.

  • Validity: Quotes are valid for a specific period mentioned in the offer.

  • Uploaded Artwork: Files are used solely to evaluate printability and prepare production mockups.

3. Production & artwork

  • Handmade Quality: All stickers and textiles are hand-printed using screen printing techniques. Minor variations are a natural characteristic of this craft.

  • Technical Requirements: We are not responsible for the loss of detail for lines thinner than 0.5 mm or fonts smaller than 10pt.

  • Art Approval: Production begins only after the final digital mockup is approved by the client.

4. Turnaround & payment

  • Standard Turnaround: Approximately 10 business days from the date of final approval and receipt of full payment.

  • Framer: The platform hosting our website and managing form submissions.

  • Rush Orders: Accelerated production may be available for an additional fee.

  • Payment: We require full payment upfront before moving into production.

5. Shipping & pickup

  • Shipping: We ship via DPD or InPost with tracking.

  • Framer: The platform hosting our website and managing form submissions.

  • Liability: We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by courier companies, but we will assist in resolving any issues with the provider.

  • Personal Pickup: Orders can be picked up personally at our studio: ul. Konstruktorska 6, Warsaw.

6. Returns & complaints

  • Personalized Products: As all items are custom-made to your specific requirements, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or do not match the approved mockup.

  • Framer: The platform hosting our website and managing form submissions.

  • Complaints: Any issues regarding quality or quantity must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

7. Copyright

By submitting artwork, the client confirms they own the rights to the design or have permission to use it. NoReprint reserves the right to refuse orders that infringe on third-party intellectual property or contain offensive content.
