Effective from 11 October 2026. These terms cover buying ready-made products in the NoReprint online shop. Custom printing orders are covered by the separate Studio Terms.

1. About us

1.1. The shop at noreprint.com (“Shop”) is run by Piotr Bukowski, trading as NoReprint, NIP (tax ID) PL1251459653, ul. Konstruktorska 6 lok. 117, 02-673 Warsaw, Poland (“Seller”, “we”).

1.2. Contact: studio@noreprint.com, phone: +48 505 501 073.

1.3. NoReprint is a small screen printing studio, not a retail store. We occasionally release short runs of our own merchandise, printed by hand in our studio in Warsaw.

1.4. To place an order you need a device with an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active email address. You do not need an account.

2. Definitions

2.1. Buyer: a person or company buying in the Shop.

2.2. Consumer: an individual buying for purposes not directly related to their business or profession.

2.3. Sole trader with consumer rights: an individual whose purchase is directly related to their business, but is not of a professional nature for them. They have the same rights as a Consumer in sections 7 and 8.

2.4. Product: an item offered in the Shop.

2.5. Order: the Buyer's offer to buy Products, placed through the Shop's checkout.

3. Products and prices

3.1. Products are made in short runs and printed by hand. Small differences between pieces, such as slight variations in print placement, ink coverage or shade, are a natural feature of screen printing and are not a defect.

3.2. Product photos show the Product as accurately as we can, but colours may look different depending on your screen.

3.3. Prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown in the cart before you place the Order. If we reduce a price, we also show the lowest price from the 30 days before the reduction.

3.4. Stock is limited. Information about a Product in the Shop is an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer.

4. How to order

4.1. To order: add Products to the bag, go to checkout, enter your details and the delivery address (for Poland, the InPost Paczkomat code), choose a delivery method, accept these Terms and pay.

4.2. The contract is concluded when we confirm your Order by email after successful payment. The confirmation includes these Terms and the invoice.

4.3. If, despite our efforts, a paid Product turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you by email and refund the amount paid for it within 14 days, using the same payment method.

4.4. Please check your details before paying. You are responsible for a correct email address, phone number and delivery address.

5. Payment

5.1. You can pay by card, BLIK, Przelewy24, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Available methods are shown at checkout and may depend on the currency and your device.

5.2. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We never see or store your full card details.

5.3.Payment is due when the Order is placed. Orders are processed only after the payment is confirmed.

5.4. We issue an invoice for every Order and send it by email.

6. Delivery

6.1. We ship to Poland, other EU countries and the United Kingdom with InPost: in Poland to an InPost Paczkomat parcel locker, and abroad to a parcel locker or by courier to the address, depending on the destination country. Current prices: Poland 16.49 PLN, other EU countries 59 PLN, United Kingdom 99 PLN, VAT included.

6.2. We ship without undue delay, usually within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. If we need more time, we will tell you by email. Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and destination and is an estimate, not a guarantee.

6.3. When the parcel ships, we send you an email with the tracking number.

6.4. Prices for the United Kingdom include UK VAT. Any customs duties or carrier handling fees charged on import are paid by the Buyer.

6.5. Please collect the parcel within the time set by the carrier. If it is returned to us uncollected, we will contact you. Re-shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.

6.6. For Consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes when the parcel is handed to them. Please check the parcel on delivery and, if it is visibly damaged, take photos and report it to the carrier and to us. Not doing so does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Right of withdrawal (returns)

7.1. Consumers and sole traders with consumer rights may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you (or a person you name, other than the carrier) receive the Products.

7.2. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to studio@noreprint.com or by post to our address before the period ends. You may use the model form in Annex 1, but it is not required. We will confirm receipt by email.

7.3. Send the Products back to ul. Konstruktorska 6 lok. 117, 02-673 Warsaw, Poland, within 14 days of withdrawing. You pay the direct cost of returning the Products.

7.4. We refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery (the cheapest delivery method we offered), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise; you will not pay any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the Products back or you show proof of sending them, whichever comes first.

7.5. You are liable for any decrease in the value of the Products caused by handling them beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example wearing or washing them).

7.6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products made to your specification or personalised for you, if we offer them.

8. Complaints (non-conforming products)

8.1. We are responsible for Products that do not conform to the contract, if the non-conformity exists at delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years.

8.2. Send complaints to studio@noreprint.com or by post. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, photos and what you request. We reply within 14 days of receipt.

8.3. If a Product does not conform to the contract, Consumers may request repair or replacement. If that is impossible, would cost us disproportionately or we refuse it, or the non-conformity persists, Consumers may request a price reduction or, if the non-conformity is not minor, withdraw from the contract. We cover the cost of returning a Product under a justified complaint.

8.4. The following are not non-conformity: the natural features of hand printing described in 3.1, and wear caused by use or care that ignores the care label or our care instructions (for example washing too hot, ironing directly on the print, bleaching).

8.5. For Buyers who are not Consumers or sole traders with consumer rights, statutory warranty (rękojmia) is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Care

9.1. Unless the care label says otherwise, wash printed items at 30°C (maximum 40°C), inside out, with a mild detergent. Do not iron directly on the print and do not use bleach.

10. Designs

10.1. Designs on our Products are protected by copyright. Buying a Product does not give the right to copy or reproduce its design.

11. Personal data

11.1. The controller of your personal data is Piotr Bukowski, trading as NoReprint. We use your data to process the Order, ship it, handle returns and complaints, and meet our legal obligations.

11.2. To do this we use service providers: Snipcart (cart and order emails), Stripe (payments), InPost (delivery) and website hosting. Details are in our Privacy Policy at noreprint.com/privacy-policy.

12. Disputes and governing law

12.1. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, for example the regional Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa), its permanent consumer arbitration court, or a municipal or district consumer ombudsman. Information is available at uokik.gov.pl. Using these procedures is voluntary.

12.2. These Terms are governed by Polish law. For Consumers, this choice does not remove the protection of mandatory laws of their country of habitual residence.

12.3. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights of Consumers or sole traders with consumer rights under mandatory law.

13. Final provisions

13.1. We may change these Terms for important reasons, such as changes in law, our details or how the Shop works. Orders placed before a change are governed by the version accepted when ordering.

13.2. These Terms are available at noreprint.com/terms-shop and can be saved or printed.

13.3. These Terms are effective from 11th October 2026.

13.4. These Terms are available in Polish and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
